Hello everyone!

My name is Tobias, and I have just started as a PhD student in the section for Political Theory. I have a BA in political science here at AU and will be finishing my MA as a part of the 4+4 program PhD program.

In my project I will be evaluating conspiracy theories as a form of democratic input in the public sphere. Drawing on deliberative theories of democracy, I am interested in what makes conspiracy theories normatively problematic, as well as how – and if – they can be formulated in ways that are compatible with democratic norms and principles. To help me along the way, I am lucky to be supervised by Kasper Lippert-Rasmussen and Tore Vincents Olsen. 

In my free time I enjoy playing guitar and making music, reading books, going to concerts, watching films or simply spending time with friends. I will be at 1340-260, so feel free to come and say hi.
