Hi everyone! My name is Julia Christensen, and I’m a visiting PhD student from UC Berkeley’s political science department in the United States.  My research considers news media and political accountability. Recently, I’ve been studying the political and policy consequences of news consumption by political elites. I have other research on media gatekeeping and pedestrian fatalities. ​
