Throughout her studies, Molly Guldfeldt Madsen has engaged in a wide range of political science disciplines through her teaching, research and student political activities. She is particularly interested in comparative politics, political behaviour and public leadership. Alongside her studies, she works as a research assistant at the King Frederik Center for Public Leadership and has been an instructor on two different courses.

She also serves as secretary and treasurer of the political science council at the Department of Political Science, sits on the board of the Aarhus DJØF network, and is an EU career ambassador, helping the Ministry of Foreign Affairs promote AU career opportunities to students.

Thanks to the HM Queen Margrethe II travel grant, Molly will have the opportunity to study at Sciences Po in Paris. Here she will be part of an international student environment and leading research communities within European politics. This study abroad will build on her previous experience in France, where she spent a year volunteering through the European Solidarity Corps, helping refugees find housing.
