Two new center managers: Christian Nyvang Qvick og Aske Halling
Christian Nyvang Qvick and Aske Halling are new centre managers at Center Manager at Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership.
My name is Christian Nyvang Qvick and I started working as Center Manager at Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership in February. My main responsibility is communication of research on leadership, motivation and performance.
I handed in my thesis at the department in January. It investigated how organizational and professional level factors affect police officers' perceived work pressure and intent to quit. During my Master's degree programme, I focused on management- and organizational development and I look forward to continue working with these interesting subjects at this great place.
My name is Aske Halling and I just started working as Center Manager at Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership. My main responsibilities are data management and data collection.
I handed in my thesis at the department a few weeks ago. It investigated motivated reasoning among civil servants, but now I am looking forward to get back into leadership research, which was also a great interest during my master’s studies. Additionally, I am of course looking forward to spend some more time at this great place!
