New research assistant at CFA: Alexander Kladakis
Alexander Kladakis is a new research assistant at The Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy.
I am a sociologist who just recently joined CFA at the Department of Political Science at AU. My research interests lie within economic sociology and the policy oriented sociology of science. I am particularly interested in how shifting regimes of scientific governance and changing priorities in the allocation of funding for public research shape the conditions of scientists and the content of research itself.
I hold a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen and have been a visiting student at the Sociology Department at UC Berkeley in the Fall of 2014. I currently help setting up focus groups as part of a Ministry funded research project at CFA entitled ‘PRINT - Practices, Perceptions, and Patterns of Research Integrity’ with Jesper W. Schneider as a PI.
