To complete the PhD study programme in Political Science Trine Høj Fjendbo presents her PhD dissertation, giving a public lecture followed by a defence        

The subject of the lecture is:

"What is the role of gender in leading public sector employees, and what are the implications of the dissertation for research, public managers, and political decision makers."  

The title of the dissertation:

Who do you Lead? The Importance of Employee Gender and Traits in a Leadership Context

The defence will be held online at Zoom.

- Use a headset with built in microphone if possible.

- Please keep your microphone muted at all times, other than when you are required to speak. This is especially important if you choose not to use a headset, as there can often occur feedback, for example, when there is a dialogue between the Ph.D. student and the assessment committee.
