Arzoo holds both a BSc and MSc from the department and she is delighted to be back.

My name is Arzoo Rafiqi, and I am a new PhD student at the Department. I hold both a BSc and MSc from this Department. I am delighted to be back.

My PhD project is titled “Support for Democratic Values in Muslim Countries.” My aim is, for example, to examine which social groups are supporting democracy in Muslim countries. I am supervised by Rune Stubager and Kim Mannemar Sønderskov.

My academic interests also relate to issues of integration and the relationship between ethnic minority groups and the majority members. Therefore, I have also made research work in this field, and I have worked in The Ministry of Immigration and Integration.

I am very excited to meet you all and to be part of the Department. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
