Christopher Wlezien, Hogg Professor of Government at UT Austin, will be coming to Aarhus to give a talk/lecture on democratic representation, entitled, "Electoral Systems, Party Polarization, and Government Responsiveness".

Chris is one of the most productive scholars on mass-elite linkages, policy agendas, as well as government responsiveness to citizens' demands. He has published numerous works on  public opinion and policy representation (e.g., Degrees of Democracy, together with Stuart Soroka), as well as other works on voter behavior and political institutions.
